Physicians Formula Happy Booster Glow & Mood Boosting Blush

Do you ever have those moments in the store where you just spontaneously buy something just for the heck of it? This was one of these moments. I went to a Priceline that I never go to and saw the Physicians Formula display and saw the cuteness and was drawn in. I have mentioned the Physicians Formula Happy Booster Glow & Mood Boosting Blush {what an absolute mouthful} before on my blog and I wanted to give my review about it before I forgot about it completely.

The packaging does feel a little cheap and plasticky but the blush does feel secure underneath the clear plastic lid. The blush comes with it's own benefit-esque brush which has it's own compartment underneath the blush making the whole product unnecessarily bulky but hey, can't really slay them for having helpful intentions.

The blush itself has an array of different tones, shaped into little hearts which you swirl together to create a very natural look. This blush is very thin and is sheer even with a heavy hand, which might not necessarily be a bad thing for those who prefer a simple but not over the top flush to the face. In the pan the blush consists of glitter but it's so finely milled that it doesn't look like a disco ball on your face, it definitely has a more of a satin-type finish. I do find this blush a little hard to blend out so I would recommend using a fluffy brush to get rid of any lines left over on the cheeks.

I do like this like blush as it gives me a decent glow to the face, as far as making me happy? I don't know.. The hearts make me happy does that count? I'll use it because I have it but I don't think it's worth it for people who are blushaholics and know what they like and want from a good quality blush.

Have you tried Physicians Formula blushes before?
xx

  1. I tried their happy bronzer/blusher one and I wasn't too impressed..Maybe this one is slightly better, but I'm not too sure! Especially since they're quite pricey for a ''drugstore'' product!

  2. I was going to try this since they were having a sale on these, but then I thought to myself, "Do I really need another blush?"
The heart pattern...too cute though *-*
(+having a sheerer blush is nice sometimes because MAYBE THEN YOU'LL HIT PAN ON IT FASTER AND USE UP MORE PRODUCT :D)
